Base⁷ sits in the middle of the historic DICK site in Esslingen – an open loft with a distinctive industrial character. Where a long-established knife factory once worked, very different people now meet: teams in workshops and offsites, guests at private celebrations, brands at their pop-up and creatives on photo and video productions.
Raw brick walls, large windows with plenty of daylight and flexible, easily movable furniture create an atmosphere in which creativity unfolds on its own. Base⁷ can be rearranged to suit your needs – from a focused workspace to an open party venue.

Workshops & Strategy Days
Flexible workstations for up to 24 people, two levels for breakout sessions and a rich selection of materials – from post-its and markers to Lego and modelling clay. A projector and presentation area are available, and catering can be added.
Team Offsites & Leadership Rounds
Whether strategy day, leadership round or multi-day team offsite: at Base⁷ you work deliberately outside the office, without hotel overhead. A host on site takes care of technology, catering and logistics, so facilitators and teams can focus on the content.
Parties & Private Celebrations
Birthday, baby shower or confirmation: Base⁷ also opens its doors in the evening and offers space for private occasions until midnight – in a relaxed, creative atmosphere instead of an anonymous event hall.
Pop-Up Stores & Photo Location
High ceilings, plenty of daylight and industrial charm in the DICK Center make Base⁷ a stage for temporary retail spaces, brand activations and photo and video productions – flexibly arranged for your appearance.

Take the B10 and exit at Esslingen Weststadt – about 30 minutes from central Stuttgart. Park in the DICK garage, entrance via Kandlerstraße directly into the courtyard.
By train
A 5-minute walk from Esslingen station. From Stuttgart main station take the S1 or the regional trains R1/R8/R73.
From the airport
About 30 minutes by taxi, or bus 122 towards Esslingen (N) ZOB from Stuttgart Airport.
